What is a Service Priority?

 

Priority 1 – Daily Time Call: Calls reserved as permanent / recurring trips.

 

Priority 2 – Time Call: Calls booked 24 hours in advance of the service need.

 

Priority 3 – Reserved Ride: Calls booked 2 hours in advance of the service need.

 

Priority 4 – On Demand: Calls requesting the next or first available service.
